Do you know how to say welcome in Teochew?
The video at just after 2:17 says “Swatow welcomes you”.

Do notice that silver is said as ngeng5, which is
different to ngêng5 as in huang1ngêng5 to mean welcome.
Listen to the video several times and say huang1ngêng5 and you will soon able about to say ngêng5.
NOTE: Swatow and Teochew are English words listed in the Oxford English dictionary and this is why I seldom write our current Romanised spelling for these two cities, unless absolutely necessary.
