Please come and listen to what this Teochew guy calls snow peas. Snow peas in the UK is called mangetout which means eat all.
The subtitles uses 扁豆 which means haricot beans and is said in Teochew as biang2dao7.
Snow peas is normally called Ho5lang1 dao7 where Ho'lang is Holland.

How do you call snow peas? I call it mangetout in English and Ho'lang dao in Teochew. However, I can see why it is also called zin2 dao7 because it is very tender and young.
