Teochew cake

The two chefs have made a Teochew cake and spoke our mother tongue.

Their Romanised Teochew and use of Teochew characters leave much to be desired and I have written a list of words to help you understand what has been said. I hope you find it helpful.

I have a bottle of lye water and I have had a look at the Chinese characters on the bottle and 梘水 is written on the bottle and I checked with Baidu and you want to have a look.
