I heard Iab Hui using this word dêⁿ3 滯｜滞 to mean to strain and I have also heard this word been used elsewhere in one of 四鄉六里 videos. Mogher uses the za3 榨 character and Dio Hiao Sang 張曉山 uses this character 滯。Dio Hiao Sang does not nasal this word and Mogher nasal this word. I also nasal this word.
