There is another expression which is uses the word daⁿ3 and this is daⁿ3 u6 daⁿ3 bho5

dan3 u6 dan3 bho5  呾有呾無｜呾有呾无

to discuss trivia

講一些有的沒的｜讲一些有的没的

And there is another expression daⁿ3 u6 daⁿ3 bho5 daⁿ3 tig4to5 呾有呾無呾踢跎｜呾有呾无呾踢跎 which means to discuss trivia for fun 

tig4to5 踢跎

to have fun

qi4tou2 企投

The people in Taiwan also say tig5to5 to have fun and they write tig4to5 as 𨑨迌

Talking about discussing trivia makes me think of another Teochew expression ge3paⁿ3hiⁿ5:

ge3pan3hin5 鋸冇弦｜锯冇弦

to chat about ordinary life, to have a chat

拉家常｜ 談人生｜谈人生

Similar to ge3paⁿ3hiⁿ5 there is a3paⁿ3 

a3pan3 詏奅 A 詏冇

to chat, to have a casual conversation
