There is an interesting Teochew word soih4 and in LLL and ZXS dictionaries they use this character 𩐅

You will notice that Mogher's character has this hui1 非 character and the one in the dictionaries has an extra stroke under the hui1 character.  

gab4bo5 is a toad and Mogher uses the wrong bo5 character.
