Head of Household 一家之主

The content of the conversation between the daughter and father is very easy to understand in this video. Nevertheless, I have written out the conversation verbatim to help you.  The conversation is only just over 20 seconds long.

We also say head of household as gê1ziang2 "家長｜家长"

I cannot make any decision.

You have to go and ask your mother.
