something fishy

 While watching Queen Dugu 獨孤皇后｜独孤皇后 and I heard the Mandarin phrase 不對勁｜不对劲 been used.  It means somewhat fishy, something wrong.

 When I was young, I heard Wang Sa 王沙 saying m6 dui3 piⁿ3 唔對片｜唔对片 and does Wang Sa’s m6 dui3 piⁿ3 have the same meaning as the Mandarin 不對勁｜不对劲?
