In Mandarin, it is called ban4mian4 拌麵｜拌面
In Cantonese it is called lo mien 拌麵
or lou min 撈麵
Mogher writes it as liao5min7 撈麵｜捞面
And it is also called da1min7灱麵｜灱面
Iab Hui in this video calls it lao5min7 撈麵｜捞面
