salted mustard green

In this video, Iab Hui uses many interesting Teochew words which are listed below. It will be particularly interesting for those of you who want to see our Teochew characters.

It is a terrible handicap for people who are unable to read and write with our Teochew characters and wanting to master the language at the same time. This means this person is not able to learn independently using available resources. Eventually, if one wants to master our mother tongue, Teochew Uê, one will have to learn and read our characters or else we can misunderstand what has been said.
