I have written the ingredients for you for making water chestnut pancakes. I find his accent difficult to understand. 

However, the character in the subtitles for ziⁿ5 as in ziⁿ5cang1 is not correct. Just for your information cêh4 means a book. I normally say grounded peanuts as dao7ring5 hu1. The Teochew word for sesame seeds is iu5mua5.
