Pork with olives

Teochew Mountain Brother cooked a special Teochew dish and I thought I would share with you what he has said regarding the cooking olives with pork.

In the subtitles, he uses the suan3 散 character and this character is not pronounced as sang. I use sang1  三  because in Mandarin streaky pork is written as 三層肉｜三层肉。This character 三 can be said san1, sam1 and sang1.
