If you were to listen to this video, you will hear the man using the word dim6 𤆤 to mean to cook in a closed vessel.

Mogher uses the terms dim6bou2 𤆤補 to cook food with supplements and dim6sio1 𤆤燒 to mean warm up (food).

I normally use to cooking term dung6 燉 for preparing food with supplements in a closed container on a bain marie.

I would normally say hiaⁿ5 燃 to mean warm up food.  Other Teochew people may say hang3 熯 to mean the same thing.

The guy in the video speaks with a Dio’Ioⁿ 潮陽 accent.
