天烏烏
The lady in the short video shares with us a song from our gua1cêh4
歌冊|歌册
a book of songs, which the Chinese government has recognised as
a national treasure. In the old days,
boys would go to school [which was called oh8deng5 學堂|学堂 or ze1zê1 書齋|书斋] and girls stayed at home and
learnt to read and write by singing from this book of songs call gua1cêh4,
taught by their mothers.
This lady has an excellent command of our Teochew language and
she has a Gig’Ion accent.
She began in the video by wishing everybody well.
