What did Ziao’ciu Sim say?

Ziao’ciu Sim said to the little cute boy “Di6a1 mi1 le2 zo3ni5 diam7 lai5 zi2go3 hu3 lai5 hu3 ke3 la1? Le2 mo7 ke2 bag8go3 seng2 a1mi6? Lao2sim2 zi2sêⁿ1 puêh8 ziaⁿ3gêng1 sê7, le2 tang3rig8 lai5 zi2go3 hu3 lai5 hu3 ke3, liao3 gah4 hi2gai5 ang5mo5 zi2sêⁿ1 piao1 lai5 piao1 ke3.”

The Mandarin subtitle explains hu3 lai5 hu3 ke3 as 湊熱鬧 to mean to butt in, to join in the fun, to get into action, to create more trouble

Some people say he2gai5 許個 but Ziao’ciu Sim said hi2gai5 and could this be because of her Têng’hai 澄海 accent?
