Imagine you found a new character, which you do not know how to say it.
What you should then do is to find characters with similar pronunciation i.e. those which rhymes with the sound of this character and saying them together.
Let us take an example like 罅 and practice with those characters which you are familiar and rhymes with lê as shown below.
