潮汕早餐

I have decided to write down the conversation of the two young lads again because there is so much to learn from listening to the two young men's conversation. [click on the link which should appear on a different tab]

The topic of conversation is breakfast. I normally say breakfast as za2deng3 早頓 but they have used za2cang1 早餐

I assume zion1zui2 醬水｜酱水is soya milk because the subtitles wrote 豆漿｜豆浆 and I call soya milk dao7zion1豆漿｜豆浆 How do you call soya milk?

bhuang6tao5 is mispronounced by many of our people in our ancestral home as mang’tao and we Teochew people actually have our own words of steamed bread buns without any filling, which we call it gan3guê2 酵餜｜酵馃or gan3bao1 酵包 where the gan3 comes from gan3bho2 酵母 which means yeast.
