I found this in the dictionary today.  What do you think it means?

We know hao1 means to cry already.  I did not realise it uses the bhê2 號 character.  That is the problem with speaking and listening to the language without reading and writing.  

Now I think even you can imagine what it means:  it means to cry bitterly - calling upon heaven.
